I use Google’s Picasa Web Albums as I find it to be the easiest, quickest and least fuss method for getting photos from my camera, the Nikon D40, to my computer in an organized fashion — and to the web. You can read my review of it here.
I’ve used Coppermine and Gallery2 in the past, both were good, but they definitely took time to manage the software (install, upgrade, etc) and neither one provided a vertically integrated solution that provides client side management tools that tie in with the web end.
